Wedding Ceremony and After Party at COMO Shambhala Estate Ubud
The intimate ceremony for Luna Maya and Maxime was held privately at the Kedara Water Garden, a serene area within the COMO Shambhala Estate grounds.
The water used for the German (cleansing ritual) was sourced from seven sacred springs, including Luna Maya’s family homes and the estate’s own spring.
The marriage ceremony, combining Javanese, Balinese, and European customs, took place at 15:00 WITA or 3 p.m. The couple expressed gratitude to their fans and the media for their support, while also requesting privacy during their celebration.
Following the ceremony, the newlyweds hosted a dinner reception at one of the estate’s two restaurants, each capable of accommodating up to 100 guests.
Historic Kudus House After Party
On 8 May, the couple will hold an after party at Kudus House, a signature restaurant within the resort made from a 150-year-old teakwood gebyok (traditional carved house).
