At Coinfest Asia Week Bali, Fasset Reaffirms Its Commitment to a Safe, Regulated Digital Asset Platform

Bali, 22 August 2025 – Fasset, the Dubai-based digital asset trading platform, remains the only company currently authorised to conduct cryptocurrency trading in both Indonesia and the United Arab Emirates. On Friday, 22 August 2025, Fasset hosted an exclusive event, “Fasset x OWN: From DUBAI to the WORLD,” at OXO The Factory, Canggu, running from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM WITA.

As part of the Coinfest Asia Week 2025 series, the event brought together a dynamic mix of media representatives, key opinion leaders (KOLs), C-level executives, venture capitalists, developers, traders, blockchain enthusiasts, and Web3 communities. The platform fostered meaningful exchanges and collaboration across the digital finance ecosystem.

According to Putri Madarina, Country Director of Fasset Indonesia, the decision to host the event in Canggu reflects its strategic importance as a hub connecting global innovation with local potential. “Canggu is a vibrant community of digital nomads and creative minds. It provides an ideal environment for Fasset to strengthen collaboration between the local Bali community and international visitors,” she said.

“This vision aligns with our ‘From DUBAI to the WORLD’ concept, where we aim to build a borderless financial ecosystem — connecting global innovation with local opportunities, and paving the way for long-term partnerships,” added Putri.

Showcasing Innovation: The Fasset Card

Beyond strengthening its industry network, the event provided a platform for Fasset to introduce its latest initiative — expanding access to safe, regulated, and accessible digital assets for communities in Indonesia and globally.

During the event, Fasset unveiled the Fasset Card, a USDT-backed payment card that enables users to conveniently access and utilise their digital assets in everyday life.

Saad Pall, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Growth at Fasset Global, shared that the response to the card’s global waiting list has been overwhelmingly positive. In Indonesia, the product will soon be launched in partnership with Mastercard and with support from a leading national bank.

“The Fasset Card combines the convenience of traditional banking with the innovation of digital assets. Indonesia is one of our next priority markets, and we are committed to launching the card soon — ensuring it meets high standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and user experience,” Saad explained.

A Milestone Year for Fasset

The year 2025 has marked a significant milestone for Fasset. By July 2025, the platform had reached USD 1 billion in transaction volume in just the first half of the year, cementing its position as a leading global player in the digital asset industry.

Fasset also reaffirmed its commitment to operating as a Shariah-compliant digital asset platform. From the careful selection of assets curated by its global Shariah advisor, Mufti Faraz Adam, to initiatives such as partnerships with Kitabisa and Salam Setara for Crypto Zakat services, Fasset continues to integrate inclusivity and accessibility within its ecosystem.

Commitment to the Indonesian Market

Closing the event, Saad highlighted the importance of Coinfest Asia 2025 in strengthening Fasset’s position across Asian markets, particularly in Indonesia. “Our aim is to foster long-term relationships that will benefit the broader Web3 ecosystem. We are committed to continuing our collaboration with governments, local communities, and financial institutions,” he noted.
