One of their features is the open-kitchen concept, which is a nice touch that reminds you of sushi restaurants in Japan. As you enter the restaurant, you’ll be greeted by an alluring, comfortable, and clean ambience that boosts overall your dining experience.

Not only did they have a different variety of sushi and sashimi, but they also serve several Japanese cuisines such as Japanese curry rice, Cold buckwheat noodle, sukiyaki, assorted donburi, and others.

The staffs are very friendly and helpful, which makes the entire dining experience feels homey and welcoming. Additionally, they can also provide recommendations or even seasonal dishes you don’t want to miss out!

During our visit, we try out their Tuna Salad Crispy Mentai, Salmon Melted Cheese Roll, Hakuba, Sukiyaki, Green salad, Gyuniku Roll, and Tori Kaarage Don. Overall, it’s well prepared, mouth-watering, and high quality. We particularly love the Tuna Salad Crispy Mentai, the tuna especially melts in your mouth topped with tempura crumbs wrapped in it.

For desserts, they have several ice cream options and Japanese desserts such as mochi ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, cakes, and others. We recommend getting the green tea monaka, which is their green tea ice cream covered by a crispy wafer.

Overall, Sushi Tei offers great food at an affordable price. It’s no wonder that the restaurant is always packed with people during lunch or dinner time! If you’re planning to go to one of theirs restaurants, make sure you didn’t go during those hours to prevent queuing up for too long.

On top of affordable yet delicious food, Sushi Tei is available almost everywhere in Indonesia. Visit some of Indonesia’s renowned malls and you’ll find one of their restaurants there.
