Visual Spectacle and Stage Design Promised by Promoter

Ravel Entertainment confirmed that Muse’s Jakarta show will feature an elaborate stage and lighting design. The band, comprised of Matthew Bellamy (vocals/guitar/piano), Chris Wolstenholme (bass), and Dominic Howard (drums), is known for delivering high-energy performances with strong visual elements and artistic effects.

“Certainly (Muse’s concert) will be extraordinary, the stage setting that she will bring, special,” said Ravel, as quoted by Antara.

“It will be more magnificent. As we know, Muse is always magnificent in terms of stage, lighting, all kinds, yes,” he added.

Ravel also explained the decision to use Carnaval Ancol as the venue. “Now that it holds a lot, it’s there. It’s not complicated, there doesn’t have to be a seating number, there are many doors. You come, just watch, standing. I think rock concerts are better standing than sitting,” he said.

Muse, formed in 1994, has released nine studio albums and sold over 50 million records globally. Their popular hits such as “Starlight”, “Hysteria”, “Time Is Running Out”, “Plug In Baby”, “Bliss”, “Knights of Cydonia”, and “Muscle Museum” have earned them international acclaim and a dedicated fanbase.

The band has also received multiple awards including NME Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, Brit Awards, and Grammy Awards. Their shows are widely known for combining music with sophisticated visuals and symbolic elements representing their discography.

Ravel Entertainment aims to maintain its standards of delivering memorable concerts through high-quality stage production, lighting, sound systems, and audience comfort. “The stage setting that Muse will bring is certainly special,” Ravel emphasised.
