A viral video of a tahu bulat (round tofu) vendor with a Linkin Park banner in Jakarta has taken social media by storm. The video, shared by Linkin Park’s official X/Twitter account (@linkinpark) on Saturday, February 15, 2025, captured the attention of many.

While it wasn’t the band members themselves selling the popular street snack, the vendor, with his white cart adorned with the Linkin Park logo, quickly became a sensation. His packaging also featured the iconic band logo, adding a unique twist to the concert buzz.

The Idea Behind the Tahu Bulat Campaign

Warner Music Indonesia spearheaded this creative campaign to strengthen Linkin Park’s connection with Indonesian fans.

“We wanted to make something special for the millions of Linkin Park fans in Indonesia,a Warner Music Indonesia representative told Tribunnews.

“Tahu bulat was the perfect choice! It’s beloved by everyone, making Linkin Park feelall-Indonesian’,they added.

This idea emerged from brainstorming sessions at the park in Jakarta, aiming to create unforgettable memories for fans.

This isn’t Linkin Park’s first food-sharing initiative. Previously, during their concert in Monterrey, Mexico, the band shared tamales with fans, a moment posted on their Instagram account.

An Unforgettable Linkin Park’s Concert Experience in Jakarta

Linkin Park’s two-hour Jakarta concert was electrifying despite the absence of guitarist Brad Delson, the late Chester Bennington, and drummer Rob Bourdon’s departure. Mike Shinoda and the band delivered an unforgettable performance.

The show featured spectacular lighting, impressive sound, and engaging interactions with the audience. Although vocalist Emily Armstrong was a bit shy at first, the band’s energy never waned.

During a break, a live video showcased audience members holding banners with heartfelt messages, creating emotional moments for all.

The 24-song setlist, including the iconic In The End, had the audience singing and dancing. As the concert wrapped up, Mike Shinoda’s farewell and promise to return left fans smiling.

The encore brought waves of nostalgia, reminding fans of Linkin Park’s previous Jakarta concerts in 2004 and 2011. Even during the farewell, the band stayed connected with the audience, with Emily Armstrong collecting unique glasses from fans and Mike Shinoda handing out guitar picks.

Linkin Park’s Jakarta concert was more than just a performance; it was a heartfelt connection between the band and its Indonesian fans, made even more special with a humble snack like tahu bulat.
