The two-minute sell out for Indonesia vs Argentina tickets happened because today’s ticket sales for Indonesia vs Argentina were meant for the general public.

Wednesday, the 7th of June, 2023 will be the last day of Indonesia vs. Argentina ticket sale. In total there are still 20,000 tickets to be sold by PSSI.

Despite the GBK Stadium’s capacity being above 77 thousand, PSSI sold 60 thousand seats for Indonesia vs Argentina. The remaining tickets were distributed to sponsors and guests, according to PSSI Chairman Erick Thohir.

“Of course, there will be questions from the public about the remaining tickets. There are sponsors from the private sector, television, and state-owned enterprises (BUMN), and I guarantee that the income will be much higher than the public purchase,” stated Erick Thohir.

On the 19th of June 2023, the national team of Indonesia will meet Argentina in a friendly match at Gelora Bung Karno Stadium. Before that, on the 14th of June, Palestine will be the opponent for Shin Tae Yong’s team at Bung Tomo Stadium.
