During the Eid al-Fitr Holiday, LRT Jabodebek Offers a Ticket Promotion

During the Eid al-Fitr holiday in 2025, LRT Jabodebek is offering special ticket promotions with fares starting at IDR 5,000 and capping at IDR 10,000. 

It is applicable from 28 March to 7 April 2025; moreover, throughout the Lebaran transportation period, which runs from 21 March to 11 April 2025.

During this time, LRT Jabodebek is scheduled to operate 6,804 trips—a 10.6 per cent increase on the previous year’s total of 6,152 trips—with 366 trips per day on weekdays and a reduced schedule of 270 trips per day on weekends and public holidays.

The service also aims to serve a target of 1,161,201 passengers during this period, representing a 29.22 per cent rise compared to 898,592 users in the same period in 2024.

Operational Coordination and Connectivity

In order to ensure smooth operations and enhanced passenger security, LRT Jabodebek has deployed 242 front-line staff across all stations alongside 460 security officers stationed at trains, stations and other strategic locations.

They also coordinating closely with the TNI and Polri to maintain safety during the Lebaran period.

The service not only acts as a vital connector for passengers travelling within the Jabodetabek area and Jakarta but also facilitates seamless transfers to other transport modes such as the Basoetta Commuter Line Train, the Whoosh Fast Train—with Whoosh users able to alight at Halim Station—and the Soekarno-Hatta Airport via Dukuh Atas BNI Station, additionally permitting users to bring non-folding bicycles on board.

Executive Vice President of LRT Jabodebek, Mochamad Purnomosidi, stated on Thursday, 20 March 2025,

“By maintaining optimal travel frequency and affordable tariffs, we hope that LRT Jabodebek can be a safe, efficient and comfortable transportation option for users, both those going home in the Jabodetabek area and those doing activities in Jakarta during the Lebaran holiday.”

Weekdays: 05.22 – 21.12

Weekend: 05.25 – 20.57

Weekdays: 06.23 – 22.13

Weekend: 06.28 – 22.01
