These restaurants highlight the trendy semi-industrial decor, ambient lighting, cosy seating and bustling open-kitchen that is exquisite. This Jakarta new table serves food by using local ingredients. The must-try dishes are Dry-Aged Duck Breast, Beef Tongue with Bone Marrow Juice, and Cuts of the Day.

The must-try dessert is a Burnt Basque Cheesecake and Decadent Chocolate Ganache. It is a new experience and one of the top-notch dining spots for your unforgettable memories and fine dining experience in South Jakarta.

Bouchon is a freshly open french restaurants that create the perfect place for a delectable culinary scene. Located in the Senopati area, this restaurant has two floors. The ground level exudes warmth and cosiness, adorned with eclectic curiosities, while the second floor boasts abundant natural light bouncing off Parisian mirrors.

Additionally, it offers two private dining rooms and a lovely balcony. Cooked by Chef Brandon Foo, the twist on the Classic Croque Monsieur tastes a crispy, creamy, and hearty dish. Must-try cocktails are the classic ones from the WWI period named after the motorcycle. It hints at Jannaeau 8 YO Grand Armagnac, Blood Orange Liqueur & Lemon Juice.
