Bruno Mars’ world tour across various Asian countries from March to April has been a major highlight in social media recently. Thailand and Singapore are among the fortunate countries to host his world tour concerts. Thailand recently hosted a concert on March 30-31, 2024, at the Rajamangala National Stadium in Bangkok, while Singapore is scheduled to hold concerts on April 3, 5, and 6 at the Singapore National Stadium. The success of these concerts in Thailand and Singapore has reignited speculation about Bruno Mars holding a concert in Indonesia. Rumours about Bruno Mars holding a concert in Indonesia have been circulating since late 2023.

Sandiaga Uno, the Minister of Tourism, responded to the rumours, stating, “We have received reports, but we haven’t received confirmation yet as the news is embargoed. We are awaiting confirmation from Bruno Mars. The promoter team will be submitting it within a day or two.” Sandiaga Uno made these remarks during the Extended Weekly Brief with Sandi Uno at a hotel in Central Jakarta on Monday, 1st April 2024.
