Tucked in the lively streets of Senopati, Billy’s Block Café is more than just a place to eat; it’s a full-on lifestyle destination where good food and urban culture collide.

Step inside and you’ll find a space that feels both modern and inviting, perfect for anything from a laid-back breakfast to casual meetings or an easy afternoon catch-up with friends. The café is split across two distinct floors, each with its own personality.

Downstairs, the Deli pops with a bold blue colour palette and playful energy. It’s a fun, slightly nostalgic space, complete with arcade games that guests can actually play, bringing a touch of retro charm into the mix.

Head upstairs and the mood shifts. The Studio Billy offers a warmer, more relaxed ambience, with large glass windows, wooden racks, and minimalist lines.

Collabeats Menu: Coffee and Tuna Collagen Concept

Billy’s x Collabit

The Collabeats menu at Billy’s Block, created in collaboration with Collabit, introduces a tasting concept that combines beverages and light dishes with tuna collagen. This menu runs as a curated experience, offering both drinks and food with added functional ingredients.

On the beverage side, the menu features three main options. Ocean Matcha Latte uses oat creamer in place of regular milk, giving it a smooth and plant-based profile.

Mango Tango Smoothie includes 5 grams of Collabit collagen blended into a fruit-based drink, offering a refreshing option. Meanwhile, the Double Chocolate Milkshake also contains 5 grams of collagen, presented as a richer and more indulgent choice.

The food selection continues the same concept. The Katsu Sando Bun incorporates collagen infused into black garlic mayonnaise and nori dust, adding a savoury depth.

The Chinese Takeout – Chicken Char Siu includes collagen mixed into the gravy and butter omelette, creating a combination of sweet and savoury flavours.

Another option, the Tuna Melt Sandwich, blends collagen directly into the tuna filling, aligning closely with the menu’s core ingredient.

Overall, the menu reflects a functional approach to dining, where collagen is integrated into both drinks and meals without changing the familiar format of café dishes. It offers a balanced mix of flavours, from light and refreshing to rich and savoury, while introducing an alternative concept to the typical café experience in Jakarta.
