Bali’s Kelingking Beach on Asia’s Best Beach Awards 2023

Bali’s Kelingking Beach is on the list of Asia’s Best Beach Awards 2023, based on Traveler’s Choice Awards 2023 by the American travel website Tripadvisor. Kelingking Beach is one of Nusa Penida‘s most renowned beaches, frequently appearing in ads for Bali and Indonesia due to its stunning scenery.

Kelingking Beach is also known to be one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. It is even known as T-Rex Bay on Google Maps due to its unusual granite formations, which mimic the dinosaur’s backbone. Visitors may even see Manta rays from the summit of the precipice.

The breathtaking cliff-top scenery is Kelingking Beach’s main draw. This cliff stands out among the other beautiful ones along the shore. Be ready to share the limelight with other Instagrammers at Pantai Kelingking. If you want to take a photo with the T-Rex-like cliff. In January 2018, more than 13,000 pictures were uploaded with #Kelingking and more than 25,000 with #kelingkingbeach.

In February 2023, those figures exploded to over 100,000 and 450,00, respectively! Everyone tries their best to get the ideal shot at Kelingking Beach’s stunning view. Some even scale a dead tree (joining the crowds, of course). The locals are constantly developing original bamboo structures that offer distinctive viewpoints and backgrounds for that sought-after picture opportunity at the gorgeous Pantai Kelingking.

Based on tens of millions of reviews filed by millions of international travellers over the previous year, the Travelers’ Choice Awards rankings of the best beaches in Asia were created.

Asia’s best beach was Radhanagar Beach in India, with Benaulim Beach in India coming in third, and Indonesi’s very own Kelingking Beach in second place.

The remaining beaches on the list were Yonaha Maehama Beach in Japan, Haeundae Beach in South Korea, My Khe Beach in Vietnam, Nai Harn Beach, Chaweng Beach, and Kata Noi Beach in Thailand.
