A leading private visa and technology firm that supports government and diplomatic affairs worldwide, VFS Global, has released a fast-track visa-on-arrival service for Indonesia that would cover over 80 countries.

The pre-approved Visa on Arrival service was meant to make an instant and immediate visa experience. Easy immigration clearance will also ensure an easy exit from the airport upon arrival in Indonesia.

Company has confirmed an exclusive agreement with TLP, the Immigration Department for the Republic of Indonesia, and Bank Mandiri Tbk.

The agreement was to provide online pre-payment of fees, fast-track access, and concierge services to international passengers traveling to Indonesia.

In addition to that, VFS Global guarantees the whole process is digital from applying, payment, and to comply issuance of VOA), time-saving, and takes place within a user-friendly and secure environment.

However, the applicants should note that this is not a government initiative and there is a charge for the assistance.

Applying for VOA through an online application is like quick access from the comfort of your home at practically any time. Submitting all required documents and payment of fees from your devices hassle-free. Visa confirmation will be sent straight to your registered email.

Applying for Fast Track Visa On Arrival

Applicants can apply for Fast-Track VOA through these steps:

  • Provide the requested details and upload the necessary documents
  • Pay the fee online
  • Download the Fast track VOA receipt

Applicants must fulfill the requirements by uploading the following documents:

  • Passport bio page
  • Return air tickets
  • Hotel voucher (non-mandatory)
  • COVID Vaccination Certificate (minimum 2 doses)

Fees & Validity

To register for Visa on Arrival fast-track, applicants need to pay an additional $30 or 92.50 per person. An email confirmation will arrive approximately 1-2 workdays before the arrival date. However, there is an option to use Express service and receive the confirmation within 24 hours before arrival.

This visa has a maximum validity of 60 days, 30 days upon arrival, and a further 30 days of maximum extension. If the plan is to spend longer than 60 days in Indonesia, then it might be best to apply for a Single Entry Tourist Visa.
