The dish presented is an epic and delicious wood-fired BBQ. The event will be held on Halloween, October 31, starting at 5 p.m.

Both chefs are set to delight you with unique dishes that are a true reflection of the local flavour. Tim Stapleforth from Ghost Kitchen & Record Bar will focus on local ingredients and wood-fired cooking, bringing a taste of Bali to your plate.

The dishes are simple yet rich, with fun twists on nostalgic favourites and creative reinventions of classic dishes.

Wirya Purnama of Smoke, who hails from Bali, grew up cooking over an open fire and went on to hone his skills at some of the island’s most prestigious restaurants.
