The Waterbomb Festival Will Take Place in Jakarta instead of Bali

Share:

Get ready, Jakarta is now the host city for the Waterbomb Festival, a change from the previously planned Bali location.

The highly anticipated Waterbomb Festival is finally making its way to Jakarta. This unique festival, known for its combination of concerts and water play, was initially set to take place in Bali.

At the beginning of the year, Waterbomb Festival’s official website still listed Bali as one of the cities that would be part of their world tour. This gave great hope to music fans in Bali.

However, recently, Bali’s name disappeared from the list of locations on their official website. Instead, Jakarta emerged as the new venue for the festival.

This change certainly brings new enthusiasm for K-Music fans in Jakarta.

The Waterbomb Festival, previously held in South Korea in the summer of 2024, was a memorable event that took place from 5-7 July. This music festival was a platform for South Korean musicians to showcase their talents and entertain their fans.

The festival’s first day in Korea opened with stunning performances and special guest stars who pleasantly surprised the audience.

Entering the second day, famous Korean artists such as KISS OF LIFE, Yugyeom GOT7, Lee Young Ji, and Minho SHINee once again set the WATERBOMB SEOUL 2024 stage on fire with their electrifying performances.

In addition, the female soloist, nicknamed “Waterbomb Goddess” Kwon Eun Bi, also performed on the festival’s second day. Eun Bi performed hits such as Door and Glitch and her latest single, Sabotage.

Nayeon TWICE also became a K-pop Idol who attended WATERBOMB on 7 July 2024 and performed a stunning performance.

Nayeon TWICE’s presence at WATERBOMB 2024 successfully brought the spirit of the summer music festival in South Korea to the audience. She performed her famous song Pop and also her new song ABCD.

Can’t wait for this festival in Jakarta?

Unfortunately, detailed information about this summer festival’s location, event time, and ticket purchase schedule has not yet been published.

Apart from Jakarta, several cities in the world will also be stopovers on the world tour of this summer music festival. These include Hong Kong, Dubai, Japanese cities, Singapore, Bangkok, Taipei, Los Angeles, Manila, Ho Chi Minh, and Xiamen.
