According to Ipda Putu Sukarma, the Public Relations Officer at Badung Police, the victim has already reported the incident, and investigations are underway. The police are currently searching for the perpetrators, who are believed to be foreign nationals.

The conflict began when one of the foreign men allegedly choked another guest inside the club, causing a disturbance. The security guards intervened and attempted to break up the situation. They escorted the foreign guest outside in an effort to calm things down.

However, the foreign man became aggressive and began physically attacking the security guards in the parking area. The situation escalated when four of his friends joined in, attacking the guards before fleeing the scene.

“The security there saw one of the alleged perpetrators choke another guest sitting at another table. The reason was allegedly a problem with a woman there and because of that the officers broke it up,” said Sukarma, as reported by Detiknews.

Injuries Sustained by Security Guards

The security guards who were involved in the incident suffered various injuries. One of them, identified as GDW, suffered swelling behind his left ear and abrasions on his cheek.

Another guard, LR, sustained a bite wound on his left hand and an abrasion on his elbow. The third guard, GNAS, had a bruise on his right cheek.

One additional security guard, WAJ, witnessed the altercation and tried to intervene. He saw the foreign man choking another guest and, along with his colleagues, attempted to defuse the situation. However, the attacker responded by pointing the middle finger at the security team and resisting their efforts.

After the security guards successfully escorted the foreign man out of the club, his friends arrived, and a violent confrontation broke out in the parking area. The attackers then fled the scene, running north along Jalan Pantai Berawa.

Badung Police are continuing their search for the suspects and are determined to hold those responsible accountable for the attack.

“We are still pursuing the suspected perpetrators involved in the fight,” said Sukarma. “There are suspected perpetrators from foreign nationals and also visitors with Finns Beach security.”

The police investigation is ongoing, and authorities are urging anyone with information to come forward. The incident has raised concerns about security at popular tourist spots in Bali, and authorities are committed to ensuring the safety of both tourists and locals.
