Ticket sales for the BTS World Tour “ARIRANG” concert in Jakarta are set to begin this week, with a dedicated presale for ARMY Membership holders opening on 9 June 2026, followed by general ticket sales on 11 June.
The announcement has prompted thousands of Indonesian BTS fans, known as ARMYs, to prepare for what is expected to be a highly competitive purchasing process. Tickets will be sold exclusively through the tiket.com platform.
Ticket Sales Schedule and Purchasing Process
The ARMY Membership Presale will run on Tuesday, 9 June, from 12.00 pm to 10.00 pm WIB. General ticket sales will begin on Thursday, 11 June, at 12.00 pm WIB and continue until tickets are sold out.
Before participating in either sales phase, fans are required to create and verify a tiket.com account. Users must register with an active email address, provide personal details, enter a valid mobile phone number, and complete account verification using a one-time password (OTP).
For the membership presale, users must log in to their tiket.com account, access the Events section, and search for BTS WORLD TOUR “ARIRANG” IN JAKARTA. After entering the virtual waiting room, buyers can select their preferred ticket category and quantity, with a limit of four tickets per account for each show.
Fans purchasing through the presale must select a package labelled ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE and enter their 11-digit membership code before proceeding with payment. Once the transaction has been completed successfully, tickets will be available through the “Your Order” section of the application.
The process for general ticket sales is similar, but does not require a membership verification code. Buyers can choose their preferred category, complete their customer information, and make a payment through the available payment methods.
Tips to Buy the Tickets: Prepare These Before Entering the Waiting Room!

- Disable browser extensions, VPNs, and privacy tools that may trigger anti-bot detection systems.
- Prepare your personal information in advance, including your National Identification Number (NIK) and mobile phone number, to speed up the checkout process.
- Each account may purchase a maximum of four tickets per show.
- After purchasing, ticket collection and exchange must match the name registered on the e-voucher.
- If someone else is collecting the ticket, a letter of authorisation may be required.
Police Warn of BTS Ticket Fraud
The upcoming BTS tour has also prompted warnings from authorities following a series of ticket-related scams in Singapore.
According to Channel News Asia, at least 14 fraud cases linked to BTS World Tour “ARIRANG” ticket sales were reported to the Singapore Police Force (SPF) between 1 and 7 June. Victims are believed to have lost a combined total of at least SGD11,000, equivalent to approximately IDR154 million.
Police said most victims encountered ticket advertisements on social media platforms, including X, Instagram and Carousell. After making payments through PayNow or PayNow QR codes, victims were reportedly asked to transfer additional funds for alleged administrative charges.
The fraud only became apparent when the promised tickets were never delivered.
In a public advisory, the SPF urged concertgoers to purchase tickets only through official sales channels.
“Those found using resold tickets will not be allowed into the venue and will be refused entry without a refund,” the SPF said.
The police also warned buyers against claims that tickets could be transferred through unofficial methods.
“The public should be wary of resellers who claim to be able to transfer their tickets to your Ticketmaster account after purchase, as such tickets are completely non-transferable. Ticketmaster will also never send tickets via email,” the police added.
