Eid Homecoming Schedule 2024: One Way, Contraflow, Odd-Even Scheme

Share:

In preparation for Eid 2024, the Indonesian police will enforce a homecoming schedule or mudik utilizing various schemes such as one-way, contraflow, and odd-even. This schedule will be enforced on the Transjawa toll road from KM 72 (Cikopo-Palimanan) to KM 414 (Semarang-Batang). The Ministry of Transportation estimates that approximately 193.6 million people will return to their hometowns during Eid 2024.

Inspector General Aan Suhanan, Head of the National Police Traffic Corps, emphasized that these measures will be implemented based on traffic conditions. If traffic indicators remain favourable or fall below predetermined parameters, the one-way system will be adjusted to ensure smooth traffic flow.
