About Conrad Kenway
Conrad, an Indonesian entrepreneur, commenced his professional journey as a trainer and motivator for a multilevel marketing enterprise in Indonesia at the age of 19. He pursued entrepreneurship studies at Maranatha Christian University in Bandung and furthered his education at the Online Trading Academy Jakarta-Singapore.
Following years of immersion in investment and finance, Conrad ventured into the real estate sector. Before he ran the developer company, he initiated his entrepreneurial path by engaging in property transactions, buying and selling houses from bank auctions in cities such as Jakarta, Bandung, and Bogor.
Why did you start Arkadia Bali Property?
Conrad Kenway’s foray into the property sector began with his relocation to Bali in 2022, where he co-founded PT. Arkadia Bali Property with his colleagues in 2023. Why Bali? Recognizing its immense tourism potential, Conrad identified Bali as a prime destination for international visitors in Indonesia.
“I aim to provide a solution for those seeking to experience Bali from a different perspective. For those who cherish a slower pace of life and wish to revel in Bali’s ‘Incredible Sunset and Amazing Cliff Coastline,’ Uluwatu is the ideal destination.”
Hence, one of Arkadia Bali Property’s significant projects underway in Uluwatu is “The Royal Arkadia,” a townhouse development. Drawing from his experience in the property sector, Conrad aims for each project to meet market demands while harmonizing luxury, sustainability, and cultural authenticity.

Arkadia offers more than mere property ownership; it offers a lifestyle. It’s about waking up to the gentle rustle of palm leaves, spending days discovering hidden treasures, and evenings relaxing beneath a sky filled with stars.
What are the challenges of running a business in Bali?
He observed the intense competition within Bali’s property sector at present. Numerous entrepreneurs often overlook cultural and local traditions when establishing their businesses in Bali.Â
This presents a challenge for Arkadia in striking a balance between business objectives and respecting local traditions and communities. Consequently, Arkadia Bali Property seizes opportunities by prioritizing the acquisition of new construction projects in Bali.
Thus far, Arkadia Bali Property has effectively completed several projects, including:
