The toll fares adjustment is a regular adjustment. It has been regulated in Article 48 paragraph (3) of Law (UU) Number 38 of 2004 concerning Roads and Article 68 paragraph (1) of Government Regulation (PP) Number 15 of 2005 concerning Toll Roads, as amended several times, most recently by PP Number 30 of 2017 concerning the third amendment to PP Number 15 of 2005 concerning Toll Roads. Based on this regulation, the evaluation and adjustment of toll fares are carried out every two years based on the influence of the inflation rate.

Panji Satriya, the head of the marketing and communication department at the Jasamarga Metropolitan Toll Road Regional Division, outlined the significance of the toll fares adjustment for the growth of the areas surrounding Bandung, the capital of West Java Province.

In a formal release on Monday, the 29th of May 2023, Satriya stated, “Jasa Marga also continues to make improvements to improve services to users of the Cipularang and Padaleunyi Toll Roads.”
