Good news for K-pop fans, especially ARMY. BTS has officially announced their long-awaited world tour scheduled to run from 2026 to 2027.

The announcement was made on Wednesday, 14 January 2026, with BTS releasing an official tour poster detailing the list of countries they will visit. The red-and-white poster confirms stops across Asia, Europe, North America, and beyond, marking the group’s full return to the global stage after completing mandatory military service.

Indonesia is officially on the list. For Indonesian ARMYs, this confirmation ends months of speculation and waiting.

The tour will open with a three-night concert series in Goyang, South Korea, on 9, 11, and 12 April 2026. From there, BTS will embark on an extensive international run that will continue through the end of 2026 and into 2027.

Jakarta Dates Confirmed, More Cities to Follow

As reported by Soompi, BTS is scheduled to hold a two-day concert in Jakarta on 26 and 27 December 2026. This makes Indonesia one of the confirmed Southeast Asian stops on the tour.

However, BigHit Music emphasised that the announced city list is not final. Additional locations will be revealed in stages.

“Fans in cities not yet listed need not be discouraged. Further schedules, including those for 2027 in Japan, the Middle East, and other regions, will be announced at a later date,” BigHit Music stated.

The agency also noted that specific dates for some regions have not yet been confirmed. Fans are advised to keep an eye on official announcements as the tour details continue to roll out.

In Indonesia, the news was echoed by local promoter ime_indonesia, which confirmed the Jakarta concerts through its official account. The promoter added that venue details and ticketing information will be announced later.

For now, Indonesian fans can mark their calendars and prepare for what is expected to be one of the biggest K-pop events of 2026.

While official ticket prices have yet to be announced, predictions for BTS’s 2026 world tour have already begun circulating online.

According to estimates shared by YouTube channel AJ’s “BTS comeback 2026 ticket price predictions”, prices are expected to vary significantly depending on seating categories and concert locations. The projections also reference the current exchange rate of £1 to Rp22,619.06.

For nosebleed seats, typically located in the uppermost stands, prices are estimated to range from £90 to £150, or approximately Rp2.03 million to Rp3.39 million. This is expected to be the most budget-friendly option.

Upper-tier seating is predicted to cost between £160 and £200, equivalent to Rp3.61 million to Rp4.52 million. Lower-tier seats, which are closer to the stage and often in high demand, are estimated at £210 to £280, or around Rp4.74 million to Rp6.33 million.

Floor tickets, including standing and under-stage seating, could range from £300 to £370, or approximately Rp6.78 million to Rp8.36 million.

VIP soundcheck packages are expected to start from £550 and above, translating to at least Rp12.44 million, depending on benefits and location.

All predicted prices exclude taxes, service fees, and potential dynamic pricing. Final costs may be higher once official ticket sales begin.
