The announcement was made through the singer’s official Instagram account on Monday, 11 May 2026. The performer, whose real name is Abel Makkonen Tesfaye, shared a tour poster featuring several cities across Asia, including Jakarta.

“After Hours Til Dawn Tour 2026 Final Leg Live in Asia,” he wrote in the caption.

According to the poster, The Weeknd will perform in Jakarta on 26 and 27 September 2026. The concerts are scheduled to take place at Jakarta International Stadium.

The concert announcement was also shared by Indonesian promoter TEM Presents through its social media accounts.

“GET READY! @theweeknd is bringing the final leg of his AFTER HOURS TIL DAWN STADIUM TOUR to Jakarta on September 26 & 27 at Jakarta International Stadium!” the promoter stated.

Ticket Sales to Open in Three Phases

The promoter confirmed that ticket sales for the Jakarta concerts will be divided into three phases: Artist Presale, sponsor bank presale, and general sales.

Fans who wish to join the Artist Presale must first register through The Weeknd Official Website. Registration opened on Monday and will continue until Friday, 15 May 2026, at 10.00 WIB.

After completing registration, fans will receive a special code that can be used during the Artist Presale period.

The Artist Presale is scheduled to begin on 18 May 2026 at 10.00 WIB and will close 24 hours later.

According to the promoter, each code can be used to purchase a maximum of six tickets.

The sponsor bank presale will open on 19 May at 12.00 WIB and continue until 21 May at the same time. Ticket purchases during this period will only be available through the sponsor bank application and for existing account holders.

General ticket sales will officially open on 21 May 2026 at 14.00 WIB.

The promoter also stated that each account will be limited to six tickets per transaction during the general sale period.

At the time of publication, ticket prices for the Jakarta concerts had not yet been announced.

After Hours Til Dawn Tour Reaches Global Milestone

The After Hours Til Dawn Tour first began on 14 July 2022 and has since become one of the highest-grossing concert tours globally.

According to a report published by Billboard Canada in November 2025, the tour generated more than US$1 billion in worldwide revenue.

A statement from Abel Tesfaye’s team said the achievement made the After Hours Til Dawn Tour the highest-grossing concert tour by a male solo artist in history.

The tour has featured large-scale stadium productions and performances across North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

The Weeknd remains one of the most commercially successful artists in global music. He is known for songs including Blinding Lights, Save Your Tears, Starboy, Die For You, and The Hills.

His Jakarta concerts will mark his return to Indonesia following continued demand from fans in the region.
