Independence Day Promo 2025 The Westin Nusa Dua

From 15 to 17 August 2025, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, will host Chapter 3 of its Travelogues of the Archipelago at Ikan Restaurant. Chef Raviel Sidik, Chef de Cuisine of Ikan Restaurant, will collaborate with Chef Glenn Erari, Executive Chef of SEMAJA, to present a menu inspired by Sulawesi’s culinary diversity. Highlights include traditional recipes passed down through generations, modern interpretations of popular street foods, and a tasting session of arak cap Tikus, a traditional Manado spirit.

The event will begin each evening at 5:30 p.m., in a beachfront setting overlooking the Indian Ocean. The dining experience is designed to immerse guests in the cultural identity and heritage of Sulawesi through its flavours.
