Reimagining Signature Italian Holiday Cuisines
Curated by Executive Chef Tommaso Gonfiantini, the menu draws from the familiar cadence of Italian holiday cooking: dishes meant to be shared, flavours that lean towards comfort rather than complexity, and portions that invite passing plates across the table.
Rather than overwhelming diners with abundance, Buon Natale focuses on clarity. Each course carries a sense of intention, echoing the way Italian families cook during the holidays, not to showcase technique, but to recreate a feeling.
A Gentle Beginning: Burrata & Figs

The meal opens with Burrata & Figs, a dish that feels like an exhale. Creamy stracciatella di burrata meets caramelised and dried figs, aged balsamic, walnuts, and fresh herbs. Served with warm pita bread, it balances sweetness and acidity with restraint. It is not a dramatic start, but a welcoming one, the kind that invites conversation before appetite fully arrives.
Writer’s Pick: Lasagna Croccante, and the Memory of Home
If the menu has an emotional centre, it lies in the Lasagna Croccante. Crisp layers of homemade spinach pasta are paired with Parmigiano béchamel and slow-braised beef short rib ragù.
