A heartwarming story about two deaf twin girls from Bandung has gone viral on social media. The twins, Hasna and Hasni, touched many viewers after sharing their excitement about getting their first job.

The moment was captured in a video where the twins told the owner of their favourite food stall about their new opportunity. The stall owner, known online as Mama Puja, appeared proud and emotional while listening to their story.

In the video, the twins explain through sign language that they had been accepted to work at Matahari Mall, one of Indonesia’s well-known department store and retail companies.

Their excitement was clear as they shared the news. The moment quickly spread across social media and attracted thousands of supportive comments.

Many viewers said they felt inspired by the twins’ determination to find work despite communication challenges.

The stall owner also received praise from netizens. People appreciated how she helped amplify the twins’ story and how she communicated with them using sign language.

Some viewers also noticed a light-hearted detail in the video. During the emotional conversation, several crackers hanging around the stall briefly blocked the camera view, which made some netizens jokingly say the snacks were “interrupting” the moment.

After the video went viral, more people discovered that the twins are Hasna and Hasni, who live in Bandung, West Java.

Both of them are active on social media. Hasna runs the Instagram account @hasnaalifahsalsabila and TikTok account @hasnaalifahs, while Hasni shares content on Instagram @hasnialifahs and TikTok @hasnialifahs.

On their social media platforms, the twins also shared a message thanking people for their support.

“We want to say thank you for the support,” said Hasna.

Hasni added that they hope their story can inspire others. She said she hopes they can motivate other deaf people in Indonesia to keep pursuing their dreams.
