we’re thrilled to bring together individuals from all over the world on 6th May 2023 to row their
the way from Sanur to Nusa Dua shore for another island’s most impactful fundraising event, Hyatt to Hyatt Canoe Race 2.0.

The event was conducted to support hundreds of marginalized women and for environmental
education for youth in Bali. This year, over IDR 1 billion was raised through this fundraising Hyatt to Hyatt Canoe Race 2.0. event.

Starting the race at Hyatt Regency Bali in Sanur Beach, 130 participants were successful in
traversing 13 km of the sand, wind and waves in 2 hours to reach the Nusa Dua shoreline while a spectacular grand finale awaited at Grand Hyatt Bali, including a buffet brunch, live music, silent and blind auctions, tons of prizes for participants and a community market.

The money raised from this event will be allocated to two of R.O.L.E.’s skill centres; the Bali Wise, which gives an educational skill to young and marginalized Indonesian women and ZeroWaste Centre which gives ecological knowledge & waste management training for locals in Bali Island.
