The MacBook Neo features a 13-inch Liquid Retina display with brightness of up to 500 nits. Apple says the screen is designed to deliver clear visuals for watching videos, browsing the web, and using on-device artificial intelligence features.

The laptop runs on the macOS Tahoe operating system. It includes built-in applications such as Safari, Photos, Messages, Pages, and FaceTime. Apple has equipped the MacBook Neo with the A18 Pro chip.

The processor is paired with a 5-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine. According to the company, the hardware supports multitasking performance and enables machine-learning features directly on the device.

The MacBook Neo uses a fanless cooling system, which allows the laptop to operate without the noise generated by traditional cooling fans. Apple states that the battery can last up to 16 hours due to the power efficiency of Apple Silicon.

For connectivity, the device includes two USB-C ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 6.
