The Ngurah Rai Immigration Office in Badung Regency, Bali, has deported British adult film performer Tia Emma Billinger, also known as Bonnie Blue, for violating immigration regulations and traffic laws.
The deportation took place early on Saturday (13 December 2025) through I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, according to immigration authorities. The 26-year-old woman was flown back to England at around 12:30 a.m. WITA.
“We have taken firm action,” said Winarko, Head of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office in Jimbaran, Badung Regency, on Saturday, as reported by Antara.
Bonnie Blue was deported along with three other foreign nationals. They were identified as LAJ and INL, both British citizens, and JJT, an Australian citizen. All four individuals had previously faced legal proceedings at the Denpasar District Court on Friday (12 December).
Immigration authorities said JJT and INL were deported for violating the terms of their immigration permits.
Meanwhile, Bonnie Blue and LAJ were found to have committed multiple violations, including breaches of immigration regulations and traffic laws.
According to immigration officials, the four foreign nationals entered Indonesia using visas on arrival (VoA) on 6 November 2025. The authorities determined that they had engaged in activities that did not comply with the conditions of their stay permits.
The violations included the production of commercial content that was inconsistent with the tourist status granted under the VoA scheme. As a result, immigration officials proceeded with deportation measures following the completion of court proceedings.

Court Imposes Fine, Police Find No Pornography Crime
Prior to their deportation, Bonnie Blue and her partner, Jackson Liam Andrew (LAJ), were fined by the Denpasar District Court in a minor criminal case on Friday (12 December).
The court imposed a fine of Rp 200,000 on each defendant. The ruling stated that failure to pay the fine would result in one month of imprisonment.
“The sentence imposed on defendant one, Jackson Liam Andrew, and defendant two, Tia Emma Billinger. Therefore, they are fined Rp 200,000, with the provision that if the fine is not paid, it will be replaced with one month’s imprisonment,” said Judge I Ketut Somanasa, as quoted by CNNIndonesia.
The court ruled that the violations were administrative and traffic-related in nature. The case was categorised as a minor offence (tindak pidana ringan or Tipiring). Judges concluded that the actions did not constitute pornography offences.
Authorities stated that the activities in question took place in a private setting and were not proven to have disrupted public order or involved the production or distribution of pornographic material in public spaces.
Badung Police Chief AKBP Arif Batubara confirmed that a digital forensic examination had found a video containing sensual content on Bonnie Blue’s mobile phone.
“Based on the results of the digital forensic examination, a video of sensual content was indeed found,” Batubara said.
However, police concluded that the video was for personal use and had not been distributed. As a result, it did not meet the legal elements required for prosecution under Indonesia’s Pornography Law or the Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE) Law.
During a police raid conducted in Badung on Thursday (4 December), officers found several items, including a bottle of lubricant, five blue condoms, six white condoms, a box of condoms, and two Viagra pills. Police said the items did not constitute sufficient evidence of a criminal offence.
In addition to deportation, immigration authorities have imposed entry bans on all four foreign nationals, preventing them from re-entering Indonesia.
Meanwhile, 16 other foreign nationals were released after being questioned as witnesses. They included 14 Australian citizens, one Iranian citizen, and one Ukrainian citizen. Police said they were involved in a social media content project at a studio in Pererenan, Badung, at the time of the raid.
